Terms & Conditions for Purchasing Maldives Budget Travel Guides

Welcome to LivingTheGlobe.net. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the Maldives Budget Travel Guides (“Guides”) from LivingTheGlobe.net, owned by Irina & Devon Talbert, Just Be Out LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing and accessing the Guides, you agree to comply with these Terms.

  1. General

1.1. Ownership: The Guides are provided by Just Be Out LLC, owned by Irina & Devon Talbert. All content, including but not limited to text, videos, graphics, images, and other material, is the property of Just Be Out LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

1.2. Acceptance: By purchasing the Guides, you accept these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase or use the Guides.

2.1. One-Time Purchase: Your purchase of the Guides is a one-time payment that grants you lifetime access. This purchase is non-transferable and intended solely for your personal use.

2.2. No Refunds: All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of the Guides, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.

2.3. Access Format and Delivery:
Each travel guide is offered in either online-only access format or as a downloadable PDF. The format varies by guide and will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.
• Online-only access requires logging into a secure account at LivingTheGlobe.net.
• PDF guides are delivered immediately after purchase and can be saved, viewed, and printed for personal use on compatible digital devices (computer, tablet, or smartphone). Please note that embedded links and media in PDF guides will only function on devices with internet access. No physical copies will be provided.

2.4. Account Creation:
If your purchased Guide is in online-only format, an account will be created for you upon signing up. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Downloadable PDF files do not require a user account for access after download.

2.5. PDF Printing and Device Use:
You may print your downloaded Guides for personal use. However, certain features such as clickable links and embedded media will only function on digital devices. For the best experience, we recommend viewing the PDFs on a device that supports internet access, such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone.
